I really love this article posted on Sydney Morning Herald today and wanted to share. For someone who talks about the breath so much, it’s always exciting to share quality breathing’s benefits.
I especially love these insights from the article:
“Moving your diaphragm when you breathe communicates to every cell of your body that you are safe.”
And if you already feel pretty safe, how about this:
“The breath can also hep with grief relief, tone our abdominals and even help us to burn fat more effectively. The key to obtaining such benefits lies not in breathing more, but in breathing better.”
